Registration is open for our second Rocket Sciecne Workshop

The Heartland Organization of Rocketry in partnership with StemAHA presents a workshop geared towards 6th, 7th and 8th graders, but open to anyone 17 and under, to learn about model rocketry.

Kids will learn rocketry basics and safety, physics, and design from concept to recovery. Participants will construct and launch two rockets in the workshop.

Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and pin.

The workshop will be 3 classroom building sessions and one launch day event.

Classes will be at the Oak View Mall, Stem Center, by the food court, upper level.

This is a limited space workshop and will be limited to the first 12 participants that sign up. $40 to cover the cost of rockets and supplies will be appreciated, scholarships available to those who qualify.
